Concrete, and demonstrable in a meeting. Four use cases: quiz generation validated by your teachers, a virtual tutor trained on your content, assisted grading, dropout alerts. A human always keeps control, and your data is never used to train third-party models.

The code is free, but a real project has costs: hosting, deployment, customization, training, then an annual maintenance subscription that keeps your platform up to date and secure. The real strength of Open Source is reversibility: the code and the data are yours, you can change hosting provider or contractor at any time, without losing anything. No vendor can impose their pricing on you or hold you captive.

No, and that's good news. Your intranet handles communication and administration, Moodle handles teaching. The two are complementary, and thanks to single sign-on, your users move from one to the other without logging in again.

A working proof of concept can be in place within six weeks. A full deployment with team training generally takes three to six months, depending on the size of your organization and the scale of the project. We define the schedule together, and we keep it.
